we are a psychology practice and have rendered services to various courts in Gauteng, we have many invoices that are not paid yet the regulations stipulate that we should be paid within 30 days.

I have asked the court managers of the various courts to tell me when we will be paid and the same excuse is that they have sent a memo to Regional Office and awaiting approval from the Assistant Director in this case  being Robert Pearce. Spoken to Robert and he stated that he does not pay without approval yet he is the person that makes the decision for payment. WHAT DO WE DO NOW as nobody in government know what their position is.
