THe local peolpe some times make it very difficult to work with unrealistic remands especially rates in excess market related rates

some individuals come as business entity but also sit in the PSC meetings which is a conflict of interest - government officials  and politicians(Councillors) have personal financial interest in the project

the cleints leave it to the contractor to resolve disputes in communities and refrain from assisting

some people want hand out rather than working for it

not fair -  client not paying for work complete by the contractor where there the beneficiary has not been sorted out by the city officials - this we currently experienced where we are still waiting for more than a year for payment - previously it was delinked and we received payment.
