Our company  (Womendev  CC) was awarded a 3 year contract to supply steel pipes by the City of Tshwane. For the entire duration of the contract,  not a single meter of piping was procured from us.

We went to the procurement offices several times and even engaged with the Procurement Manager but we never received any positive feedback.

Where can we raise our complaint regarding this issue?
