The Government has neglected the purpose of Registering small businesses to create more Job Opportunities. It  has been almost 3 years having grade 1 CIDB general building construction and I have not get at least 1 contract in order to hire more people to my company. I feel neglected and turned down by the Procurement policy of South Africa being a youth and a young black entrepreneur. I don't know how many have been rejected and neglected by the government. I was suppose to be at least be operating now but there are no jobs for Grade 1 at all.
