The South African government values their relationships with suppliers and want to build strong partnerships for mutual benefit. The Office of the Chief Procurement Officer at National Treasury has started to reform the government supply chain operations which will become more visible in the near future. To help guide these initiatives they want to verify their understanding of where to improve, that is why they conducted the survey.
