Comment on survey method

Some of the questions need more than a tick-box answer, and you haven't provided space for me to clarify or to comment. As a result, some of the information that I provide could be misinterpreted.

  Thank you for this feedback. We have tried to simplify the survey as far as possible for respondents. It will help to improve the survey if you can indicate the question numbers where you felt that you needed to expand.
