    A standard data preparation and conversion job aid has been made available on the OCPO website under the Buyers' Area section. The job aid defines the data preparation and conversion requirements in order to convert quality supplier data into the central supplier database. This is a once off process per organ of state. Organs of state can request conversion of their verified supplier data into the CSD anytime they are ready. The process should be completed by 31 March 2016.
