Will the CSD allow organs of state to source locally? For example if the organ of state is based on Pretoria then they would want to contract with catering suppliers based in Pretoria and not ones based on Cape Town.

    The CSD supplier information will include the location where the supplier can provide the goods & services (commodities). The location where the supplier can provide the goods & services will be indicated as either nationwide, province wide, town, city, suburb or down to ward level. The CSD supplier information will also include the supplier's address(s), including province, district, municipality city, suburb, ward and postal code.
