If a supplier delivers sub-standard service when their quote has been accepted. What process would we need to follow if we did not want to use their service again – particularly if they come back as a supplier on the rotation list?

  • This will form part of the next phase of the CSD. We will be including performance management to ensure that suppliers that do not perform are rated accordingly. Suppliers who are reflected on the National Treasury register of restricted suppliers or tender defaulters list will be flagged in the CSD.
