How can the suppliers have access to the awarding of tenders processes in a clear or physical camera recorded form?

    I doubt that this will happen any time soon. While this is a very good idea to promote transparency the practical implementation may be very complex considering the number of adjudications made daily across government.
    There are much stronger controls being implemented through systems and legislation to improve transparency.
    We can expect the situation to improve over the coming years.
