    100% agree.
    Don't worry it is getting more difficult to do this. New controls and systems being implemented will make it more difficult for officials to manipulate the system. It will also make it easier to expose any wrong doing.

    We need suppliers to help expose these practices and bring it into the open. Keep sharing the individual cases where you believe there is corruption with watch dogs and others.
