Company vs staff experience concern

Transform the functionality criteria. The technical criteria is meant to disadvantage black owned companies.  Example company experience( jobs completed by companies) vs staff experience ( projects completed by individuals). We have worked for white owned companies for many years and now we have our own companies with relevant qualifications and competencies and professional registrations so look at our staff profiles and give us chances to compete. This is a time bomb. Please learn from Transnet model on EPCM programme.

    I agree with the comment. I think while some if these policies are well meaning, they just serve as barriers for smmes to get access to opportunities.
