For the past two years my company submitted tenders and qutations to different Government departments,but did not get one,not even feedback,e mail or a call from the Government department we submitted to, money spent on documents time and transport for side meeting is a waist of time in Government, please advise why,even if you take further step by e mailing management no reply ??regarding your complain.
