How can we report departments that are not paying on time? they are negatively affecting the running of our business..
we have made attempts to get the municipality to respond but for 2 months , no one is getting back to us.
we have suppliers to pay to make sure the services are not interrupted but this is costing us and we do not get payment from the municipality.
please help.
