How does a supplier access their profile on the CSD? Especially after requesting a link and not receiving it.
We are an independent service provider for the purposes of the survey and do not represent the Centralised Supplier Database team or National Treasury. However, we can offer some advice.
The entire process for registering on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is online. If you started the registration process on the CSD since July 2015 then you can simply log in to www.csd.gov.za and check the status of your business yourself.

If the problem is that you have forgotten your password and you can reset the password yourself by requesting a reset link on the login screen. Just below the “Log in” button there is a link “Reset password”. (See the attached image.) You will be taken to a next screen where you can enter your e-mail address and then you will receive a mail with a password reset link. You can use this link to reset your password.
