Recommend what and how clients change through the introduction of Professional Development Interventions addressing growth and development interventions.

 

5. Lead Change

Lead sustainable change through mentoring and coaching infrastructure.

 

6. Monitoring and Evaluation

Effectively wrap up the project and/or plan improvements.
